Domestic Orders
Complimentary standard shipping for all US orders.
Orders typically ship from our warehouse within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). For standard ground shipping, please allow up to 7 days once in transit. A tracking number will be sent to you once your order leaves our warehouse. art dept. is not responsible for any delays due to carrier constraints. Return shipping not included.
For two-day or overnight shipping, please note the following fulfillment schedule (orders placed after 12 PM PST will be fulfilled the next day):

International Orders
Flat rate of $35 dollars on all international orders. Any additional duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office if you have any questions regarding the duty fee for your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable, which includes returns, package rejection upon arrival and/or failure to pay duty fees. Shipping and tracking will be available and sent in a confirmation email. Return shipping not included. Orders are generally processed within 2 to 5 business days of receipt of your order. Please factor this in when estimating your order's delivery time. In general, domestic orders are shipped via UPS ground and will arrive between 3 to 5 business days after your order has been processed.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept request for return or exchange if the items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. the item must be postmarked within 14 days from the day you receive your shipment. Please e-mail us at orders@artdeptclothing.com with your order number to request a return of exchange.

Upon receipt of your return, we will credit your credit card for the merchandise amount less shipping and handling. we are not responsible for any loss or damaged shipments. items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
